If you’re a certified teacher (or soon-to-be), then I’d like to ask you some very important questions. I asked myself these questions when I felt burnout as a teacher many years ago and went looking for a solution.

I challenge you to ask yourself:

  • Are you still as excited and committed to your personal practice today as you were before you began teaching— and if not, why?

  • Do you have a clear plan for your “next step” as a teaching professional? You know you cannot teach drop-in classes forever, so what comes next?

  • Do you have a plan to grow your income so you can live a comfortable life as you get older? Are you able to buy a home, take time off, and stop living month-to-month?

  • Are there people in your life supportive of your growth, or do you feel alone in this journey?

  • Lastly, if your current work plan doesn’t change, how long will your lifestyle be sustainable until you burn out? Are there other options?

If you’re like most yoga teachers I work with, it’s easy to get so wrapped up in teaching that you lose touch with your personal practice. Many teachers get to a point where they’re not learning or practicing anything new. They begin feeling isolated, confused, and uninspired.

To make matters worse, many teachers hit an income ceiling where they’re unsure how to increase their earnings. So they teach more and more classes—even though we all know there are physical limits to our teaching capacity.

If you can relate, I’d like to invite you to learn more about our 300hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Course designed for 200hr (level I) certified teachers. This 1-month immersion is designed to take qualified teachers and turn them into career yoga professionals. Our students walk away with the tools to earn a great living and impact their community on a local, national, and even international level.

The 300hr Level II Training Experience

Students join the Level II 300hr Yoga Teacher Training for different reasons, but everyone comes seeking a deeper, and more-fulfilling teaching life. You get to a point where you know you need to step outside your daily schedule to progress, but you’re not sure where to go for help in this next phase of your career. Who can support and guide you personally, professionally, and financially? To solve this common problem, Absolute Yoga Academy’s 300hr, Level II course was born.

Here are the top benefits reported by graduates:

  • Fall in Love with Yoga Again (as a student)
All teachers battle with burnout and fatigue. This is overcome by relighting the fire of your own practice. During the course, you’ll be a full-time student again for an entire month. Everything you’ll learn is designed to advance your career and your practice. It’s like graduate school for yoga instructors with a peer group that matches your level and challenges you personally and professionally. Finally, you get to be the student again.

  • Become an “Authority Teacher” When I hire yoga teachers today, the average instructor has literally twice the qualifications as applicants from just a few years back. Their level of training in anatomy, public speaking, adjustments, injury prevention and treatment, and even the business of yoga, has grown massively in recent years.

To put it simply, the yoga industry has matured. To be a leader in this fast-changing world, it’s vital to have a competitive advantage. The curriculum of this course is designed specially to give you the cutting-edge skills used by today’s top teachers.

  • Meet Like-Minded Colleagues & Friends “Show me your friends, and I’ll show you your future.” During my first few years as a teacher, I was surrounded by great people- however, none had any career ambitions. I felt stuck and didn’t know where to go next.

As a growth-oriented person, I needed people around me with big goals. It was vital for me to surround myself with people who wanted to have a huge impact locally, nationally, and even internationally. As soon as I expanded my peer group to include people who were already on the path I wanted to be on, my impact and my income grew immediately. This course will provide the same for you.

  • Learn How to Teach Less & Earn More If you plot the trajectory of any successful career teacher, you’ll find they teach less and earn more. Good teachers understand this simple fact: you cannot teach more to earn more. The opposite is actually true.

By focusing on growth and energy allocation, you’ll learn how to make your teaching more impactful. You’ll be able to leverage your authority skills to earn more and teach less- all while making a bigger impact than ever before.

  • Add Authority & Experience to Your Resume (CV) Many yoga teachers have a long list of workshops and trainings on their resumes, but very few have hard-skills and quantifiable learning they can document and demonstrate. Absolute Yoga Academy 300hr graduates will receive a 300hr Yoga Alliance qualification with their certificate. In addition, graduates earn .8 CECs for ACE and a 300hr certification from Absolute Yoga. The yoga teaching market has become competitive, and your real-world skills gained here will give you a huge advantage.

What You’ll Learn

MODULE I Adjustments & Assists for Teachers
with Briohny & Dice | Watch Video

Advanced teachers today need to be skilled at using their body as a teaching tool; safely, carefully and when appropriate. When teaching challenging poses and inversions of all types, it’s essential that you know how to help you students get in and out of postures with adjustments and assists that support and guide them in their learning.

Briohny & Dice teach all types of inversions—including classics such as headstand, forearm stand, and handstands—to thousands of students all over the world, and they’ve developed a very clear and specific approach to the use of adjustments and assists to make that possible.

You’ll Learn Answers to Common Challenges Teachers Face, Such As:

  • How do you walk into a studio where you’ve never taught and safely help students try intermediate or even advanced poses safely?
  • How do you deal with brand-new beginners and advanced students who turn up to the same class?
  • How do you control students who are too eager, jumping and flopping around dangerously in your classes?
  • And how can you be sure that your assists are there to help students help themselves—not to push them beyond their limits?

MODULE II How to Teach “Inverted Life” Inversions Workshops
with Briohny & Dice | Watch Video

As a career yoga teacher, you’ll naturally progress towards teaching fewer drop-in, public classes and more workshops and training events. From a teaching perspective, this is a challenging and rewarding next step, and financially, it’s also a financially intelligent move. There is a huge need for professional workshop leaders to serve as guest teachers at studios around the world and to lead destination retreats and trainings at beautiful health resorts.

Most teachers realize that teaching workshops is their “next step,” but they’ve never had the time or support to make it a reality. In this module, Briohny & Dice will teach you their Inverted Life workshop structure and format, the same course format that they’ve taught in over a dozen countries around the world. By the end of this module, you’ll be ready to go out and lead your own 1-3 day Inverted Life workshops. Inversion workshops are some of the most in-demand training events right now, and you’ll gain the know-how to be able to teach this anywhere in the world.

You’ll Learn:

  • How to find a balance between lecture and teaching
  • Informational Handouts, Power Points, and books—are they necessary? What to use?
  • Timing and scheduling
  • Financial structure for revenue split
  • Class planning
  • Lecture planning
  • How to adjust, adapt and modify based on your audience
  • Marketing and advertising 101

MODULE III Anatomy Trains in Structure & Function
with Michael Watson | Watch Video

As a yoga teacher, one of the best ways to deepen your understanding of functional movements in yoga (and also dysfunction and injury) is to better understand human anatomy. In this module, you’ll follow the world-renown Anatomy Trains Structure & Function curriculum and dive deep into structural and functional anatomy and analysis.

You’ll learn how to conduct a “body reading,” how to touch and safely manipulate soft tissues in your students, and how to use all of this knowledge to become a better yoga teacher.

While typical yoga anatomy tends to be very conceptual, focused on memorizing body parts and their names; in this module, the focus is on how all these systems work together (or not) and what you can do to help your students find structural integration.

Anatomy Trains is a unique map of the “anatomy of connection,” the whole-body fascial and myofascial linkages. The Anatomy Trains concept joins individual muscles into functional complexes within fascial planes—each with a defined anatomy and “meaning” in human movement. In yoga asana classes, we’re constantly working on our soft tissues, and yet as teachers, most of lack this integrated anatomical training needed to understand what’s really going on beneath our skin. This module will take your understanding, application, and teaching abilities to whole new level.

MODULE IV Integrating Soft Tissue Self-Massage into Your Classes
with MacKenzie Miller | Watch Video

Yoga teachers often describe massage as a yoga practice that is done to you (rather than you doing it yourself), but few realize that there are active self-massage practices can be effectively incorporated into yoga classes. As a teacher, this adds a new dimension to your classes and can be a great addition to your teaching repertoire as well as something you can teach in a stand-alone class or workshop.

Aside from her expertise in yoga, MacKenzie Miller has an extensive fitness background and will teach you how to incorporate foam rollers and massage balls into effective sequence that hydrate soft tissues, break up sliding surface dysfunction, and relieve pain and tension to affected areas.

In this Module, You’ll Learn:

  • How to integrate self-massage into you existing classes
  • How to teach stand-alone myofascial release classes or workshops
  • How to use a foam roller effectively, without bruising
  • How to use massage balls effectively, without bruising
  • Sequencing and class planning

MODULE V Anatomy in Action, Core Strength & Sequencing
with MacKenzie Miller | Watch Video

In your first teacher training course, you probably learned terms like “abduction” and “adduction,” You might have memorized the names of a dozen bones and soft tissues—but have you really used that knowledge to make you a better teacher?

Most instructors want to teach from a more anatomically-informed place, but they are not sure how to do it without confusing their students or just sounding overly technical. Part of being an experienced teacher means being able to meet students where they are at—and your long-term students are always hungry for deeper anatomical knowledge. Anatomy and yoga go hand-in-hand, so this module is designed to help you move beyond rote memorization; and instead, begin to seamlessly integrate anatomical principles into everything that you do.

In this Module, You’ll Learn Answers to the Following Common Questions:

  • How do I use anatomy in classes to give my students a better understanding of the postures and their bodies?
  • How do I strike a balance between keeping it simple without over-simplifying?
  • Does it really matter if I use anatomical terms in class—or should I just use common language?
  • What non-traditional yoga poses, mobility exercises, and other movements can be incorporated into my classes to help students?
  • How do I create sequences that target the core specifically?
  • Beyond crunches, what dynamic poses (and sequences) can be used to develop core strength?

MODULE VI Intro to ACROVINYASATM
with Claudine & Honza Lafond | Watch Video

ACROVINYASATM takes yoga from earth to air. Uniting elements of vinyasa, acroyoga and inversion training, this practice cultivates trust and community in a powerful way. The core of ACROVINYASA™ is focused on synchronizing breath in movement, building strength and finding balance. Inspired by traditional yoga asanas and L-based acrobatic flying, this progressive yoga system includes both solo and partner practice. The aerial part revolves around one partner (the base) supporting the other (the flyer) in flying through the air in a sequenced series of yoga postures. Bringing a refreshingly playful approach to an ancient tradition, ACROVINYASA™ feels more like a dance with gravity than physical exercise. Getting inverted with a partner is very empowering especially for people who may be fearful of supporting or being supported by others.

MODULE VII Mastering the Business of Yoga
with Lucas Rockwood | Watch Video

Click “Play” to Hear from Lucas…

Have you ever heard the saying, “Do what you love and the money will follow?” This is absolutely true. However, without long term goals in the yoga world, the money is usually very small and hardly enough to live on. I know because for the first two years of my teaching career, this was how I lived. I practiced yoga for half the day, and didn’t give much thought to my bank account or my career. I was 25 at the time, and I wouldn’t trade those years for anything. As I got older, I wanted to turn my passion in a life-long profession. To do this, I needed to learn how the business of yoga worked.

Yoga is now a $29 billion industry, and yet most yoga teachers are barely able to support themselves. Teachers like you and I built this industry, and very few of us are in charge as business leaders. As a teacher-turned-entrepreneur myself, I find this totally unacceptable. One of my main goals is to train teachers to become business leaders. I envision a future where the people running the show in our industry are teachers like you and me, not venture capitalists or opportunistic investors.

In this module, you’ll learn how to truly be successful in the yoga business. We will give you the foundation to build it quickly, with or without a physical location or funding. You’ll learn how to allocate your time to build a business, be fully focused for your students and clients, and be present as a service provider.

I started out as a quintessential yoga bum. Today, I’ve built a number of very successful yoga businesses from the ground up. I know what it’s like to be broke and burnt out. Conversely, I understand what it takes to turn things around. Just like anything worth doing, the business of yoga is challenging—but it’s also learnable. This knowledge is the gateway for transformation in your life and your career.

By the end of this module, you’ll identify at least 2 new streams of revenue for yourself, new ways to increase your income, and you’ll also learn two “cash injection” strategies. These are fast and simple ways you can earn more at a quicker rate.

After completing this module, graduates have gone on to start their own teacher training programs, manufacture their own yoga products, create online yoga businesses, and open their own studios. Many graduates with smaller short-term goals simply use the strategies we cover to earn 50-150% more without changing much at all except for their approach to business and teaching.

MODULE VIII Integration & Practicum
with Briohny & Dice

This final module led by Briohny & Dice is designed to help you integrate everything learned and make a plan to utilize your new skills when you return home. In this session, you’ll look at effective teaching, precision adjusting, review lessons learned, and get real-time feedback from both your trainers and your peers about your new plan. This module is one part goal setting, one part business planning, and one part scheduling—and the sum is a real life blueprint for your next steps as a teacher.

You’ll Learn:

  • What are the first action steps you’ll take to shift your career when you get back home?
  • What are the simplest changes and new additions you can make now that will have the biggest impact on your teaching career?
  • What are the most challenging projects that will take some time to realize—but will ultimately be the most rewarding for you as a teaching professional?
  • What needs to change for you to move forward with your plans?

MODULE IX Professional Photoshoot
with Steven Lim

Yoga is such a visual medium that every yoga teacher today needs high-quality photos to use on social media, websites, and in their promotional materials; however, most teachers just don’t have good photos.

The course photographer, Steven Lim, will work with you to produce 2-3 excellent, professional photos. These photos are print- and web-ready and can be used in your marketing and promotional materials for years to come.
Click here to see his portfolio

Photo sessions will be group, private and semi-private during the last days of the course. You will own your images 100% royalty free, so no attribution or use permissions required. They are yours to keep and use freely for life.

Steven Lim’s work focuses on art and physique portraiture. As the in-house photographer for Absolute Yoga in Bangkok, he photographed dozens of yoga teachers and members for the “Absolute Hall of Fame” project. Steven has also shot photos for a number of yoga publicity and advertising campaigns.

PHOTO: Brent Laffoon will show you how to add depth to your classes.

MODULE X Applied History & Philosophy
with Brent Laffoon | Watch Video

Most modern yoga teachers struggle to understand yoga history and philosophy, and very few know how to incorporate it into their daily classes. Regardless of your personal teaching style or background, it’s important for every teacher to deep dive into yoga history and philosophy to understand the context for the practice, and perhaps to begin to incorporate this knowledge into your teaching. This is certainly easier said than done. We don’t want to turn our dropin classes into boring lectures, but what if you could add a depth to your classes previously missing? What if instead of trying to superimpose themes onto your classes, you used themes from the rich philosophical tradition of yoga?

For some teachers, this is when their teaching goes beyond the mat and becomes and art; when their teaching becomes a mixture of story-telling, personal growth, and inspiration. It’s not for everyone, but if it’s for you, Brent will help you find your voice and integrate it into a challenging vinyasa class.

BONUS: Pre-Course Modules

ONLINE MODULE I Public Speaking for Yoga Teachers
Online Learning Module with Lucas Rockwood

Your voice is the most powerful tool you have as a teacher, yet most of us have never had any formal voice training. What do you do with your hands while speak? Are your feet planted or are you up on your tip toes? Do you vary your voice or do you speak in robotic “yoga speak?”

As a career teacher, you’ll quickly begin to have more formal speaking engagements including lecturing during workshops or training events, speaking on panels or to groups of prospective students, or teaching something that is theoretical (instead of practice-based). In this virtual module, you’ll learn the fundamentals for effective public speaking along with some simple hacks that will help you find your focus and stay on task. As optional homework, students are encouraged to submit a 2-5 minute sample video of a lecture-style teaching event for review.

ONLINE MODULE II Contract Negotiation for Workshops & Courses
Online Learning Module with Lucas Rockwood

Teachers often need help setting rates and negotiating deals with hosting venues and yoga studios. In this virtual module, Lucas Rockwood will lead you though the basics of contract negotiation, industry standards, communication suggestions, and tips for making yourself an in-demand guest teacher wherever you go. Contact negotiation doesn’t need to be complex or unpleasant; and once you learn how things work, it makes everyone feel more comfortable and secure with the business relationship.

ONLINE MODULE III Facebook Marketing for Yoga Teachers 101
Online Learning Module with Lucas Rockwood

Facebook is the most important social media channel for yoga instructors and studio owners, and yet most teachers are frustrated, confused, and even angered with this social platform. In this session, Lucas will teach you his proven, 5-day per week publishing plan that manageable for any yoga teacher. You’ll learn how to make this platform fun and profitable as long as you’re willing to commit 60 minutes per week to managing your page.

Schedule At-a-Glance

This will be one of the most intense months of yoga study you’ve ever experienced, and it’ll also be one of the most fun and rewarding yoga experiences you’ve had to date. Thailand is absolutely breathtaking, and the food and weather are fantastic. It’s incredibly conducive to returning as a student and focusing the mind and heart on growth.

The daily schedule varies, but your typical day looks like this:

  • 07:00-09:30 Yoga Practice with Briohny & Dice
  • 09:30-11:00 Breakfast Break
  • 11:00-13:30 Workshop I (guest teachers)
  • 13:30-15:00 Lunch Break
  • 15:00-17:30 Workshop II (guest teachers)
  • 17:30-18:30 Group Meeting / Practice (Briohny/Dice/Staff)
  • 19:00-20:00 Dinner

The Morning Yoga Practice – throughout the course, your daily morning asana practice will be led by Briohny & Dice. The morning practice serves as your daily opportunity to be a student again, practice new and challenging poses, move outside your comfort zone, and have a great time in the company of supportive peers.

Some mornings, the practice will be very vigorous and athletic; other days, the practice will be more work-style and restorative in nature. The structure of the morning practice is largely dependent on your guest teacher modules. When your guest teacher’s modules (later in the day) are physically intensive, the morning practice will be lighter, and more teaching focused.

NOTE: You do not need to have an advanced yoga practice to join this course. Intermediate and advanced poses will be introduced and taught throughout the course, but this is by no means a yoga pose competition. We have had successful graduates ranging in age from their 20’s to their 60’s, and your ability to do advanced poses is not necessarily even helpful for your teaching life. Remember that personal practice is always a work-in-progress, and as long as you come ready to work and try new things, you’ll do great.

The Workshops – Depending on which guest teachers are present, your workshop sessions will vary from week-to-week. Sessions are taught in lecture and hands-on practice styles. You’ll be taught as student first, and then as a teacher. This way, the learning is internalized and can be shared.

Group Meeting / Practice – This practice is more free-form and varies day-to-day based on individual needs during the course. Some days you’ll have restorative class led by your peers. Other days, you’ll work on pranayama or sit together in meditation. This Group Meeting is where unanswered questions are addressed, postures can be reviewed both as a group and one-on-one, and it’s a wonderful way to close out the day.

Workshop Training Modules Schedule (subject to change):

  • Adjustments & Assists for Advanced Practices
  • How to Teach an Inversions Workshop
  • Roll Model Method
  • Core Immersion Training
  • AcroYoga
  • Business of Yoga
  • Integration & Practicum
  • Student Photo Sessions

Teachers Schedules – Briohny & Dice are the Course Directors and will serve as your guides throughout the course. Claudine & Honza Lafond of YogaBeyond will also be your course guides throughout the course, including their guest module. Junior Trainer, Jesse Godin, will also co-teach and lead sessions through the entire course. All other faculty are guest teachers and they will join the course just for the period of their module.

Meet Your Teachers

Absolute Yoga Academy’s 300hr Level II course is designed for existing teachers to take their practice to the next level. This is the most intense and diverse course of its kind, and we’re humbled by the quality and caliber of teachers who are on the team. Below you’ll find the staff bios of the teachers along with a short audio interview so you can “meet” them before the course. Enjoy…

Briohny Smyth
Briohny SmythCourse Director

I’ve lived in and loved so many places in my life that it’s hard to identify one place that I am from. Sydney, Bangkok, Koh Samui, Tokyo, and Los Angeles… all of these places have shaped me into the person that I am today.

I was always searching for something to ground me as a child pop star and help me find my roots. That search ended at just 15-years-old in India when yoga found me, and I finally felt I had discovered not only a physical practice, but a way of life.

Yoga helps me stay present in a fast paced and changing world. When I am present, I appreciate the beautiful things around me rather than worrying about the past or future. This is the true joy of yoga for me and the catalyst for continuing my journey not just as a practitioner, but as a teacher.

I received my teacher training certifications, it marked a huge shift in perspective for me. The ability to teach and guide others through their own discovery of yoga provides me pure joy. Seeing the growth of my students from the beginning of the course and the transformation that takes hold as their minds begin to open and they start to see themselves in the purest form is extremely gratifying.

I have seen so many people leave high-paid jobs to teach yoga full-or-part-time over the past couple of years. I won’t say that teaching yoga is easy, as with any entrepreneurial role, a strong business sense is helpful… but not required. All you need is the passion and will to change your life and the lives of others. And, the rewards of investing in your yoga education and deepening your practice are limitless whether you plan to teach or not!

Teaching reminds me every day that we are always students of yoga and of life. Yoga has provided me the opportunity to share my passion with so many different people, to travel the world and change lives. It is the most challenging and gratifying job I’ve ever had besides being a mother.

Dice Iida-Klein
Dice Iida-KleinCourse Director

I love yoga, and I love yoga-ing. One of my favorite teachers said it best, “Yoga can be a noun, and it can also be a verb.” My journey courses with inspiring ups and transforming downs. There are so many paths, and I know my path is only one of many, full of ideals and practices inspired by others. We live a life capable of being inspired, passionate, let down, spiteful, angry, sad, and best of all…happy. You get the idea. We live in dualities and variations of polarities. We aim for balance, for our neutral, aware that there are many different truths to finding neutral. There are many truths, period.

I was fortunate enough to become a student of yoga in 2007. To be able to share my passion for yoga through teaching has been one of my life’s greatest gifts. It inspires change and growth in my life daily. Yoga allows me to meet a vast and diverse group of people all connected by one great love for yoga & movement.

It seems to me that however you get in the door…meditation, Pranayama, Ashtanga, Iyengar, arm balances and inversions, backbends, hip openings, rehabilitation, anatomy, philosophy, subtle body, meridians, chakras, feeling healthy, looking good, vinyasa flow, hot yoga – the list goes on and on – all are a great start to examining your life from a different perspective. Yoga asks us to look into the darker corners of our mind, and it helps us to see the light as well. I am on a constant search to learn more from others so that I may learn more about myself. I can only hope to inspire others like my family, friends and teachers continue to inspire me.

It is a powerful tool for transformation and healing and should be available to everybody in the world.”

Yoga found Claudine over 15 years ago in her hometown of New York City and and the practice immediately resonated. Since then, she has sought every opportunity to learn from teachers around the world within various lineages. In his own words, “The challenge that inversions and arm balances offer builds confidence and strength, but more than anything it excites the ever present child within all of us. To me, the playful nature of yoga is just as important as its more disciplined aspects. It is the balance between the two that makes yoga a blissful pathway of coming home.”

Brent Laffoon
Brent LaffoonHistory & Philosophy

A former college football player, Peace Corps Volunteer and screenwriter, Brent began practicing yoga without even realizing it when he was only eight-years-old when a doctor prescribed him a regimen of “exercises” to correct a mild case of Scoliosis. It wasn’t until he was almost thirty-five years old, however, that he walked into a yoga class and realized he’d been practicing yoga all along, albeit without proper guidance. Even though the curve in his spine had long since been straightened out, Brent found himself struggling with pretty much everything else in life at the time – work, relationships, finances, health – it was all headed in the wrong direction. As soon as he began a formal yoga practice, though, something clicked and it became clear he’d found his calling, and less than two years later, he was named one of the top 30 yoga instructors in Los Angeles.

Jesse Godin
Jesse GodinJunior Trainer

At the young age of 9, Jesse began his yoga journey after reading books on Power and Ashtanga Yoga. Through his desire to learn he evolved from his teachers who offered him a new, creative outlook with different styles of practice.

Yoga has benefited him in more ways than he imagined it could, and because of this he became a personal trainer in 2007, sharing yoga with his clients. In 2014 he attended at 200hr teacher training with Dice Iida Klein and Briohny Smyth, where he discovered a new level of connection to his practice and the rest of his life. Today he is a personal trainer, yoga teacher, life coach, nutritional consultant, and enjoys sharing the power of positive psychology.

Jesse believes that yoga is not only a valuable part of a healthy and happy lifestyle, but essential to personal growth.

What Students Are Saying…

Absolute Yoga Academy has over 2,000 graduates teaching in 38 countries. To hear first-hand interviews and read the profiles of some of our graduates, please visit: Graduate Success Stories or see our Graduate’s Directory to learn more.

“I Learned Quite A Lot From Them…” I had a chance to practice with Briohny and Dice in July and I learned quite a lot from them, particularly with alignment and different principles on how to go up into inversions and balances, which are some of my more challenging postures or more challenging aspects of my Asana practice.

– Bruce, Canada

“Briohny and Dice Are Both Gifted Teachers…” Briohny and Dice’s Thailand retreat was a lifetime experience. The yoga was sweaty, hot, mindful and challenging. The accommodations were incredible and we felt so taken care of by Briohny and Dice. We practiced two times a day with inversion, back-bend, arm balance and Acro-Yoga workshops sprinkled in. It was a delight and my Asana elevated to a new level. Briohny and Dice are both gifted teachers and have the patience and insight to teach all levels of practitioners.

– Dean Miya, C.A. in United States

“Briohny Went Out of Her Way to Make Sure Everyone Had an Incredible Time…” Their intelligence and knowledge of the yoga practice is exemplary in their accomplishments and success worldwide. During the retreat to Thailand, Briohny went out of her way to make sure everyone had an incredible time visiting her native country. The trip was amazing, filled with a ton of great yoga, people and unforgettable memories. You don’t want to pass up the opportunity to practice with them, and if you happen to find yourself in a class with them together then you’re in for a treat! They will take your practice to the next level and keep you inspired along the way!

– Ali Owens, C.A. in United States

“It Will Help You In So Many Different Levels…” This is my first Vinyasa retreat. I’ve been a dedicated Ashtanga practitioner for about eight years and I know it’s outside my practice, it’s outside my comfort zone, but I’ve been really happy with how I approach my yoga practice now. The most challenging pose that was given to me was a Handstand Scorpion. There was a voice inside of me saying: No, I can’t, it’s impossible! But, yes, it is possible. It takes teachers like Dice and Briohny who know what you’re capable of and tell you that, yes, you are ready, you can be ready, it just takes practice and you just have to face it. I would recommend taking this course because it will help you in so many different levels –it will give you a better approach on how to do yoga on a daily basis and how to listen to your body and practice safely.

– Allen, Philippines

“They Are Very Warmhearted, Very Caring People…” I had seen a few videos about their teachings so I was very excited and after the course I was very happy and learned a lot for my own practice. The most important thing is Dice and Brihony’s personalities –how they are as people in the classroom. They are very warmhearted, very caring people, and that really impressed me a lot. They took care of the whole group, going around helping everyone with the very difficult postures. If someone decides to join their course, they should expect to practice strongly –lots of core-strengthening, arm-strengthening postures and a lot of Acro-Yoga, which is tons of fun and really beautiful. Briohny and Dice guide you in a way that you just trust them and you go out and do it!
