Roslyn Ying
Roslyn started her yoga journey in 2000. She began studying in the Iyengar tradition with renowned teachers Faeq Biria, Peter Scott, Birjoo Metha and Shirley Daventry. Later, Roslyn’s interest in Ashtanga grew and she studied with Nancy Gilgoff, Chunk Miller, Maty Ezraty, and Richard Freeman.
In 2005, Roslyn completed the Yoga Teacher Training with Yogasana, and she is now a 200 hours Yoga Alliance certified teacher.
Her interests in yoga philosophy and Ayurveda led her to undergo formal study with Carlos Pomeda. Dedicating herself to both the study and practice of yoga, Roslyn has a passion to share what she has experienced on this genuine journey.
For Roslyn, the yoga journey is both physical and emotional. She believes that yoga challenges you to walk out of your comfort zone; and when you do, life unfolds in ways you’d never imagine!
Roslyn is a dedicated student of Michel Besnard and part of his regular training faculty in Asia and around the world.
“Yoga lets you expand by removing all the unnecessary frames.”
