Listen to know more about Arianne Traverso:
I begin practicing yoga while in university. I went to a class with my friend and fell instantly in love!
I practice yoga now because it’s my passion and the profound positive effects it has on my mind, body and spirit are innumerable. It keeps me aware, opens my heart and keeps my body in shape.
As a teacher, the most rewarding thing for me is seeing my students smile and improve their quality of life. As a teacher trainer, I find the radical expansion of inner happiness most rewarding.
I think the biggest challenge for a yoga teacher is keeping your own self practice alive.
In the future, I would love to see yoga in the schools so children gain the benefits of awareness, self love, inner happiness and meditation.
For students considering teaching or deepening their practice, my advice would be to keep practicing! Take workshops of teachers who truly cultivate what you are searching for. Don’t get stuck in the physical and take time to go deep inside to find love and happiness in your own hearts.
