Hot Yoga Training (200hrs) − A Yoga Alliance CourseLearn how to teach Absolute’s signature Hot Yoga sequence of 50 classic hatha yoga poses taught in a room heated to 39 degrees C (102 Fahrenheit). This is the fastest-growing style of Hot Yoga internationally as it includes hip openers, core toning, and upper body strengthening poses and is designed for all levels.
Vinyasa ‘Flow’ Training (200hrs) − A Yoga Alliance Course Connect your breath to your movements as you flow through a linked series of poses. Based on the classic Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga system of the late Sri. K Pattabhi Jois in India, this training gives you a firm foundation in the series that serves as the basis for the majority of modern yoga classes including styles like Power, Vinyasa, and Flow Yoga.

Bryce Yoga: Fit, Flow Fly (200hrs ) − A Yoga Alliance Course Join BRYCE YOGA for their first-ever, 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training on the beautiful Island of Koh Samui. Briohny Smyth & Dice Ida-Klein, are some of the most sought-after yoga teachers today, known for their fun and playful classes, and ability to teach inversions to all levels.
Hot Yoga Level II Training (100hrs) − Take your teaching to the next level and “go pro!” This course will help you grow your confidence and teaching personality. Learn how to structure unique classes, how to teach 60-120 minute classes, how to help beginners, and how to modify and adjust for students with injuries and limitations. Plus, learn hands-on adjustments!

Whether you’re a dedicated yoga student or new to the practice, we welcome you to Absolute Yoga on Koh Samui Island any time.
THE FACILITIES − The studio was founded specifically to provide the highest caliber of yoga training in a beautiful setting, removed from all the stresses and worries of everyday life.
THE ABSOLUTE GROUP − Absolute Samui is part of the Absolute Yoga Group that includes over 10 studios in Bangkok and Singapore. We have a huge teaching team on rotation in Samui so new instructors are continually visiting.
NEW STUDENTS − Are you new to yoga? Welcome! Absolute Yoga offers beginner-friendly classes every day, so please come join us for practice. The staff and teachers are warm and friendly, and students of all levels are always welcome to practice.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING − Absolute Yoga is one of the largest professional training centers in the world with certification course ranging from 5 days to 5 weeks. Our senior trainers come from 12 different countries and their mission it to turn passionate students into excellent teachers.

Dear Yoga Student,
If you’re a serious student or teacher looking to transform your own life and share yoga with the world, then I’d like to welcome you to Absolute Yoga’s Training College.
As a teacher myself, I’m continually amazed at how a consistent yoga practice can dramatically transform someone’s life-and often so quickly.
Ten years ago when I was working a corporate job on Lower Broadway in New York City, if you told me I’d become a yoga teacher, a teacher trainer, and eventually the director of one of the largest professional colleges in the world, I would have laughed out loud…
… but with yoga, everything is possible.
Absolute Yoga Training College is different than any yoga school you’ve seen before. We take a classic approach in that we embrace traditional yoga postures, breathing exercises and teachings; we honor the founders of modern yoga asana, and incorporate the best of the best.
At the same time, we’re a modern, open-minded school and we attract smart, independent thinkers. We have no interest or patience in old school systems with gurus and dogma, rules or group. At Absolute Yoga, our classes and courses are for everyone.
We’re committed to education, first and foremost, and we welcome students of all walks of life. Absolute graduates currently teach in 48 countries and in 16 languages. We have teachers who see yoga the perfect form of fitness, and for others, it’s very much part of the personal develop and even spiritual path. What yoga means for you is up to you, our school is here to provide you with real, professional training in hatha yoga.
